General Information
Consisting mainly of one long cul-de-sac, this subdivision boasts large, traditional style homes throughout. The houses located around the circle at the end are located on the water and offer splendid views of Bogue Sound. The trees around these homes provide ample shade and create a cozy, beach-side feeling. The non-waterfront homes tend to not have many mature trees in the front yards, but have detailed landscaping. The exteriors vary in color but tend to all be light pastel colors with some brick homes scattered throughout. The street is over-sized and provides plenty of room to get around any cars parked on the side of the road.
Bay Colony is nestled between Camp Morehead and Phillips Landing. It is accessible directly from Highway 24 and within a close proximity to Highway 70 as well. Several large shopping centers are right around the corner and are home to several large retailers and dining venues.
